Most of these works are of the farmlands of England, many of which have World War II airfields visible in them.  At first I was interested in how agricultural land in countries other the US is organized but as I continued to look, I saw the left over RAF and some USAAF bases still clearly visible in the landscape.  They have varying degrees of visibility from the air; some are in fact still used by the RAF and private pilots, while others are barely discernable in the farmland of the countryside.
